Back by popular demand in a new color. A commemorative and ode to the Black Panther Party here in Oakland to the Polynesian Panthers in Auckland, Aotearoa. More than 50 years ago The Minister of Culture for the Black Panther Party Uncle Emory Douglas created this image of the panther that has reached across the Moana to Auckland, Aotearoa inspiring a peoples movement for equality there. Oakland artists Lexx Valdez and Jean Melesaine collaborated on a design to bring the connection to fruition through design.
